Background
Ray White Surfers Paradise at Main Beach was the first of the “satellite” offices for the Group and from day one has been under the leadership and guidance of principal and auctioneer, Scott Harman who with his father were the original owners of the business. Established in 1992 and merging with The Bell Brothers in 1996, the business has long been recognized as the Main Beach property specialists.
Over the years the team at Main Beach has been responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars worth of real estate transactions achieving many records for not only unit and prestige penthouse sales but also local homes and development sites.
One of the outstanding successes for the office are their el fresco auctions where Saturday mornings have witnessed gatherings of many sellers, buyers and locals interested in the market gather as local properties are auctioned in the main street as they enjoyed their café breakfasts and lattes.
As the business has grown the team now covers the wider areas than Main Beach selling from Couran Cove to Surfers Paradise.
Located in the heart of the Main Beach shopping precinct the staff are well known to the locals and are usually the first to be called for most of their real estate needs.
