Principals Andrew and Gregory Bell with more than 66 years experience in the real estate industry between them, started the business in 1989 with a staff of 16. Today there is over 220 on the team and the company achieves an annual sales turnover of around $1 Billion.
We take a holistic approach in all aspects of real estate, including residential unit and house sales, prestige properties, commercial sales and leasing, property management, house and land packages, project marketing, special projects, land sales, financial services and hotels and leisure.
For sixteen years now, Ray White Surfers Paradise has been the Number One Sales Office in the entire Ray White Group of approximately 1000 offices worldwide. The growth and success of the company is testament to a commitment of excellence in the service we provide to our clients.
